Terms & Conditions of Sale

The terms & condition of sale that apply to your purchase of Nouvelle Limited products are set out below. Placement of an order with us is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions apply to your purchase of Nouvelle Products.

1. Shipping/Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all products.

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your order number.

Please add our email address, info@nouvellepossum.co.nz to your address book, or check your spam box regularly.

New Zealand: We use Fastways Couriers and NZPost. Delivery to a Post Office Box or rural delivery (RD) address, is by NZPost only.

International: We use New Zealand Post’s International Airmail service, which, subject to their normal terms, takes approximately 5-12 working days, depending on your location.

The customer is also responsible for any custom duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Note for all courier orders: Please supply a physical delivery address. We recommend a work address if you are unsure if you will be home at the time of delivery, or give us an "authority" for the courier to leave the parcel without a signature.

2. Returns Policy

Our exchange / return policy is simple.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return the item in original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all labels and tags attached, within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

To make an exchange or return.

  • Please email or fax us before returning the product, advising us of the item being exchanged or returned.
  • Please pack carefully and include your packing slip and receipt and then post or courier to Nouvelle - 1a 415 Remuera Rd, The Village Green Remuera. Auckland, using a traceable method, as we cannot process a refund until the goods have been received.
  • If the return is International, the parcel should be clearly marked "Returned Goods" to avoid delays with NZ Customs.

If the return is for faulty stock, your postage costs will be reimbursed.

If the return is for incorrect fit or sizing or colour, the postage costs will be at your expense. Please check the sizing chart carefully, and email us for a colour swatch if you are unsure about the colour.

Items returned for refund, that have been described as having free shipping, may incur a shipping and handling fee of NZ$8.50 (local) or NZ$15 (international), as the free shipping option applies to completed sales only.

3. Faulty Goods

Please follow the Returns Policy procedure.

4. Accurate Representation

To ensure an accurate representation of all items stocked Nouvelle takes great care with photography and all descriptions of our range of accessories. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. If you are unhappy with your choice, please feel free to return the item following the returns policy.

5. Warranty

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

6. Payment Terms

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods.

Offline Payments:

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.
  • By Fax to 0064 9 3773461 - download our order form, complete the credit card information and fax to us anytime.
  • By Phone to 0064 9 5246575 - call Nouvelle, Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 5.00 pm, making certain you have a list of items required, the delivery address and your credit card details at hand.

Direct Deposit:

You can send your payment direct to our bank account.

Please email info@nouvellepossum.co.nz or fax your downloaded order form. You will receive an email giving you a specific identifying order number, and bank details so you can arrange the direct deposit. Once the payment has been received, your order will be processed.

Cheques / Money Order:

Please make your cheque or money order payable to Nouvelle Sport, then send your payment to:

Nouvelle Sport, P O Box 28457, Remuera, Auckland 1541. Please make sure you include your downloaded order form. Your order will be processed when the cheque has cleared.

Secure Online Credit Card Payment.

Please note the following:

  • Offline payments need to be cleared before your order will be processed.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include free shipping.
  • Your credit card will be billed in NZ$ and converted to your local currency at a rate set by your credit card company.

7. Disputes

These terms and conditions and any dispute relating to the supply of Nouvelle products shall be determined under the laws of New Zealand.

8. Definitions

'Us' and 'we' refers to NouvelleSport. Nouvelle's Products means all products sourced nationally and internationally and which meet Nouvelles style and quality standards.
